- Closing your eyes take a few deep breaths and relax as you imagine your heart centre, sense the feeling as you connect – maybe a warmth, maybe a butterfly sensation…
- Imagine that heart centre as you continue to breath slowly and calmly… what does it look like? a deep velvet colour? a misty swirl of light…? What ever you find in your minds eye will be correct and true to you…
- As you continue to breath in, imagine that the air you take in is expanding your heart energy… and as you breathe out that energy is released to whoever needs it most…
- Continue to grow this love energy and to release it for however long feels comfortable…
And then relax in the knowledge that you have helped someone… somewhere…
